Is it MagSafe?

It is a Qi charger; iPhones with MagSafe charge normally, but there is no magnetic snap.

Can it charge three devices at once?

Yes. Your phone, Apple Watch, and AirPods can charge together.

Will it work with a phone case/cover?

Yes, it charges with cases up to 8 mm thick. Remove metal plates, magnetic rings, and any cards.

The phone feels warm while charging. Is that normal?

A mild warmth is normal. Always charge in a cool, dry area, away from sunlight.

Do I need my Apple Watch puck?

No, The Apple Watch charging module is built in.

What if a device is not charging?

Reposition the device so the coils align, remove thick/metal phone cases, and check the LED indicator.
